Kourtney Kardashian May Be Pushing Herself Too Far During Pregnancy

Since Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her third child, she's kind of a pro at dealing with the whole bun in the oven thing. And understandably, she wants to do her best to stay active during this pregnancy to keep her weight gain in check -- since dropping the pounds gets harder and harder with every passing year.

Plus, considering how badly her sister Kim Kardashian was fat-shamed while she was expecting North West, it makes sense that Kourt wants to avoid being subjected to the same kind of scrutiny.

But based on a few new Instagram photos she shared, it looks as though she might be pushing herself to the limit as far as workouts go. And she might want to think about toning things down a bit.



Yep. That's Kourt on a treadmill and what appears to be an elliptical machine, respectively. And again, it's commendable that she wants to stay in decent shape -- but should she really be hitting the gym every single day, let alone taking selfies while operating the equipment?

We get it, Kourt -- you want to make sure everyone knows you aren't lying on the couch in the Hamptons eating bon-bons this summer. But it might be a good idea to have a pal take your workout pics from here on out simply to avoid the likelihood of you taking an unfortunate digger and harming yourself or the baby! (Just sayin'.)

Seriously -- she ought to relax and take a load off while she still can, because she's going to have her hands full once baby number three makes his or her arrival. At that point, she'll really be craving some alone time in the gym, so she might as well save up her energy and cut herself a break.
