Stacy Keibler Never Wanted a Family Before Now (Hear That, George Clooney?)

Stacy KeiblerStacy Keibler might have had a fairytale relationship with George Clooney, but now that he's marching toward his happily ever with another lady, Stacy seems to be a tad bitter about things.

The leggy model recently opened up to Fit Pregnancy Magazine about her pregnancy and husband Jared Probe. However, peppered in among all the happiness about her current life, there were a couple little jabs in there seemingly directed at George. While she didn't mention George by name, it's hard not to read a little (or a lot) more into her comments.

She said she “couldn’t ask for a better father for my children.” While it's great that she sounds so happy, considering that Stacy and George just broke up last year, that seems a bit pointed ... to say the least. She continued:

Jared is the most thoughtful, loving, kind person. Our bond is so strong and special and getting pregnant has made it even more so. It’s been so much fun preparing to become new parents together.

She also reveals that neither she nor Jared ever thought of settling down and starting a family prior to meeting each other. (Read: She never wanted to settle down with George?) Of course George, who just surprised the entertainment world by proposing to British lawyer Amal Alamuddin, clearly didn't want to settle down with Stacy either.

Stacy was reportedly “irked” when she found out about George’s proposal to Amal last month, so this sure seems like her way of throwing a little shade at her former boyfriend. While old feelings die out with old flames, Stacy and George were together for two years and broke up in July 2013. Even with her new marriage and a baby on the way, I’m sure his sudden engagement had to sting. So if she feels the need to throw a little shade his way, we can't say we don't understand.

Do you think Stacy was throwing jabs at George, or is she just truly in love with her new husband and happy to share it with the world?
