Peta Murgatroyd & Sean Lowe Still Can't Seem to Stay Away From Each Other

Sean Lowe Peta Murgatroyd

You'd think she'd be all hung up on Brant Daugherty now that he's her (very hot and single) Dancing With the Stars partner, but it seems as though Peta Murgatroyd isn't done giving Sean Lowe a few ballroom dancing (ahem) instructions.

Get this one -- apparently Peta wants to choreograph Sean's wedding dance with Catherine Giudici. It will be a gift of sorts to the couple, who she insists she's "so happy for." (Yeah. That's what they all say.)

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds a little bit strange?

I mean, who has their first dance as a married couple choreographed?!? (No offense if you did ... it just seems odd to me.)

Most couples simply go out there and kind of sway back and forth and gaze into each other's eyes and all that garbage. They don't hire a pro to make sure every step is worthy of a 10 from Len Goodman.

I guess it's sort of a sweet gesture, considering Peta and Sean worked very closely together for all the weeks he was on DWTS. But that's the exact same reason why the choreography thing seems so weird. It's almost like Peta and Sean are longing for one last interaction together, which just happens to involve his bride-to-be, well -- because it has to.

If she wants to come to the wedding as a guest -- fine. But instead of getting all up in Sean and Catherine's reception biz, maybe it's best for Peta to just get them a Pottery Barn gift card, eat the free food and guzzle up the free booze provided by ABC, and then proceed to go home with one of the groomsmen and call it a night.

Anything more than that just seems way too over-the-top. Putting together some long, drawn out dance will take away time Sean and Catherine could be spending in the honeymoon suite. And I think we can all agree they need that particular performance much more than their guests need to see any sort of fancy ballroom steps.

Do you think it's weird that Peta wants to choreograph this dance for them?
