Kim Kardashian & Kanye West's Current Home Isn't Good for Them or the Baby

pack and playI'm sure they're really happy to be out of the hospital and all -- but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are living in the Jenner mansion with their new baby girl, which is a major recipe for disaster, if you ask me.

Since the $11 million mansion they bought in Bel Air isn't done being renovated yet, they had to find temporary digs -- but can you believe they actually resorted to moving in with Kim's mom, Kris Jenner?

Ok, so her Hidden Hills, California pad is more than large enough to accommodate Kim, Kanye, baby North West, and Kris' two other daughters, Kylie and Kendall. (Is Bruce even living there anymore? I don't think he is.)

But when it comes to trying to adjust to life with a newborn, it doesn't matter how big of a space you're sharing with your family members -- it's still way too cramped.

Sure, there's a common misconception that living with your own parents or in-laws is ideal after having a baby simply because you have extra sets of hands to help you take care of your new bundle of joy. And help is awesome (really, is it), but when it's constantly hovering over you 24 hours a day 7 days a week -- it can get to be pretty annoying and can feel kind of smothering.

That's probably why Kris has reportedly been spending some of her time at her home in Malibu instead of being right on top of Kim and Kanye, which is nice -- but they're still living in her house, not theirs.

I don't care how great of a relationship you have with your family -- when you have a new baby, you need your own space. What if the baby's diaper leaks or she spits up all over the furniture? I guess you can always have it cleaned or replace it, but the added stress that goes along with having to do that is yet another major headache.

Or what if the baby is up all night crying and keeps everyone in the house awake when they're all sleeping there? Sleep deprivation is enough to put a strain on anyone's relationship with their mom, mother-in-law, etc. -- no matter how close they are.

If Kim and Kanye know what's good for them, they'll rent their own place in the next couple of weeks or so once things have calmed down. If they stick around much longer than that, they may wind up resenting Kim's family more than appreciating them.

Would you ever live with your family members after having a baby?
