It's Justin Bieber's Party & He'll Sue His Guests if He Wants To

Justin BieberJustin Bieber has been sued plenty of times, but now he's turning the legal tables and threatening lawsuits of his own. The unlikely targets: his party guests.

According to TMZ, Bieber's people have come up with contracts that all guests must sign before entering his Calabasas, Calif., home. Anyone who talks about, tweets about, or otherwise shares anything that happens inside, including the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Bieber or the guests, will be sued for $5 million. He's not messing around.

The contract also points out that upon entering the house there might be things that are "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained." Said activities could result in "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."

Good lord, what goes on Bieber's parties?! Honestly, while the language is pretty laughable, and I have my doubts as to how legally enforceable it is, I actually don't blame Justin for doing this.

He's one of the most famous guys in the world right now, and unfortunately everyone isn't always going to have his best interest at heart, even if he likes them enough to invite them to a party. I get antsy enough when people come to my house, wondering if they're peeking in my medicine cabinet (not that there's anything interesting in there, but still). So you think of hordes of people coming to his house and the power of social media today, and there's no way he could relax and just have a good time if thought every little thing he did could be broadcast to the world. And like him or not, he does deserve that in his own home.

Do you think it's ridiculous or understandable that Justin Bieber might sue his party guests?
