Justin Bieber Says Black Keys Drummer Should Be 'Slapped' for Dissing Him After Grammys (VIDEO)

justin bieberWith Valentine's Day just around the corner, it's kinda sad that it seems like almost every celeb is rumored to be feuding with someone else in Hollywood. There's Taylor Swift vs. Carrie Underwood, Jessica Chastain vs. Jennifer Lawrence, and now ... Justin Bieber vs. Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney! Where the heck did that one come from?!

Well, as you may have noticed, the Biebs wasn't nominated for one Grammy ... and thus, he wasn't in attendance at at the awards gala either. On the other hand, Carney and his fellow band members cleaned up, winning the night with Gramophones for best rock performance, best rock album and best rock song, as well as producer of the year. So, TMZ took it upon themselves to ask Carney how he felt about Biebs getting snubbed, and unfortunately, Carney took the bait ...

He said:

He's rich, right? Grammys are for like music, not for money ... and he's making a lot of money. He should be happy.

Ouch. It's no wonder Biebs then retailiated, tweeting, "the black keys drummer should be slapped around haha."

Honestly, when I first heard the two entertainers were having a battle of the bigger ... fan base (???), I thought Biebs was probably at fault for being a massive little punk (per usual). But naaaaah! I stand corrected. Carney screwed up. As someone older and yes, someone being celebrated in such a big way for his contributions to the music world, he should have been waaaay above a diss so low.

Not to mention that these two aren't even in the same league! I don't mean as far as talent is concerned. They're just completely different entertainers. Pop star vs. rock drummer. Teen heartthrob vs. hipster heartthrob. You catch my drift. TMZ had no biz even asking Carney his thoughts on Bieber anyway.

That said, while I'm not advocating Carney get "slapped around," I definitely think he owes the kid an apology!

What do you make of this feud? Do you agree Carney shouldn't have sunk so low?
