Amy Poehler Kills It at the Golden Globes & Outshines Even the Hilarious Tina Fey (VIDEO)

amy poehler tina feyTina Fey and Amy Poehler killed it last night as hosts of the Golden Globes, didn't they? From their deadpan opening monologue to their hilarious costume changes to their stabs at Taylor Swift and Lena Dunham, these two, I swear. They were so natural and funny, it was like watching your two best friends host one of the nation's biggest awards show in super fancy dresses that you know they inwardly resented. In case you missed all the action (how could you), here are Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's best moments from last night's show.

Let's start, of course, with their jab at the Hollywood Foreign Press and Kathryn Bigelow's marriage.

Fey: "Ricky Gervais couldn’t be here, because he’s no longer in show business." Poehler: "Ricky Gervais found out the hard way, when you run afoul of the Hollywood Foreign Press, they make you host this show two more times."

Poehler, regarding Kathryn Bigelow's Best Director nomination: "I haven’t really been following the controversy over Zero Dark Thirty, but when it comes to torture, I trust the lady who spent three years married to James Cameron."

I mean, I didn't even know that James Cameron being a douche was a thing, but I thought that was hilarious. And Amy's matter-of-fact delivery was priceless.

Amy also nailed it when she dressed up as Darcy St. Budge, a nominee for Best Actress who played a psychic who solved her own murder. A huge, too toothy grin and a drunk stare equal comedy gold.

Tina's line about The Hunger Games being what she called the six weeks leading up to her Golden Globes dress fitting made me chuckle, and Amy followed that up with calling the six weeks post-Golden Globes her Life of Pi(e).

After Bill Clinton introduced Lincoln, Amy stole a page from her Parks and Rec costar Leslie Knope and quipped, "That was Hillary Clinton's husband! Oh my god, that was exciting!" And then Tina rushes on stage and was like, "That was Bill Rodham Clinton!" Priceless.

And Amy and Tina got huge laughs when they warned Taylor Swift to stay away from Michael J. Fox's son and focus instead on some "me" time. It was like they were back on the set of SNL -- I sensed a little Bronx Beat coming out of Amy there, with pointy hand gestures and everything.

In fact, the whole show just made me nostalgic for the good old days when Amy and Tina were on Saturday Night Live. Can't they go back and make it funny again, please? Just pack in their sitcoms and go back to working seven days a week on a late-night program that demands every aspect of your being and prevents you from having any sane family life? For us?

Ooh, also worth mentioning, how hot did Amy and Tina look? Granted, I wasn't a fan of Tina's hair when it was down (it looked fake), I definitely drooled over Amy's tuxedo look (even though Jen Aniston wore that like 10 years ago) and thought Amy's red dress and Tina's dark teal, sparkly gown were stunning.

Seth MacFarlane has his hands full with his Oscar hosting gig. Amy and Tina set the bar extremely high. Especially Amy. I mean, I'm not picking sides or anything, but Amy was the best. The best.

Do you think Amy and Tina were great hosts?
