'Glee' Whitney Houston Tribute Songs Will Surpass Your Expectations (LISTEN)

santana and brittany wanna dance with somebodyGleeks, we may be merely hours away from Glee's much-anticipated Whitney Houston tribute episode. This morning, I sat here thinking to myself, "How Will I Know ... " if I should make a point to watch it live or just let my DVR pick it up. But I was already getting "So Emotional" about the whole thing -- which makes sense since I've been a Whit fan since I was about 8 years old -- I just couldn't wait any longer. Thank goodness full-length tracks from tonight's ep have already made their way onto the web! Whee!!

I know what you purists are thinking. Why not just have a little patience? Wait until we can see the tracks performed on the show, complete with the New Directions' actual performances? Well, sorry, when it comes to this sneak peek, you're just going to have to shrug and say, "It's Not Right, But It's Okay." For the rest of us, listening to the songs first, then seeing the episode later will make for an even more Gleektastic experience!

WARNING: Obviously, you're not going to want to read any further or listen to the following sneak peek, full-length tracks if you don't want anything about tonight's episode spoiled.

More from The Stir: ‘Glee’ Tribute to Whitney Houston Is Cool But Creepy (LISTEN)

"I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)" performed by Santana and Brittany:

"So Emotional" performed by Rachel and Santana:

"Saving All My Love for You" performed by Quinn and Joe:

"It's Not Right But It's Okay" performed by Blaine:

"I Have Nothing" performed by Kurt:

"My Love Is Your Love" performed by Mercedes & the New Directions

Personally, I'm head over heels for Brittany and Santana's rendition of my all-time fave Whitney track, "I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)." It's my fave by far. But the rest of the covers totally meet and surpassed my expectations as well. I have a feeling this episode is going to completely live up to the hype and perhaps even be the best ep since the Madonna tribute. Yes. I just went there.

How excited are you for tonight's Glee?!
