Mason Disick Helps Kourtney Kardashian Come Up With Awesome Baby Name (VIDEO)

Kourtney Kardashian & Mason DisickKourtney Kardashian's adorable son, Mason Disick, has reportedly picked out a name for his sister-to-be, and Bible? It's ridiculously adorable and really, really pretty. It's something I would genuinely consider naming my own daughter.

However, as fantastic a name that the impeccably-dressed Mason came up with, I'm so not into older siblings helping pick out a baby-to-be's name. Why? Because I actually know a dude whose middle name is Rooster.

The name Mason supposedly came up with is Rosie -- which is incredibly cute and incredibly normal, while managing to not be super trendy or common. But the same can't be said for the names other kids come up with for their younger brothers and sisters. (See above.) Asking your little one to take part in the baby-naming process is only asking for trouble. Odds are, you're not going to like the name your son or daughter comes up with. Then you've got two choices on your hands: You can either disappoint your child, or name your baby Rooster. Neither seems particularly fun.

If you want to involve your kid(s) in the naming of your baby-to-be, why not present the name you and your partner came up with instead? Sort of creating the auspice that your children are involved. You can say something like, "We're thinking of naming the baby Rosie. Isn't that such a pretty name? Like the flower!" Hopefully, they'll follow suit. If not, you can always ask why they're not into the name, and I'd be willing to bet that with enough back-and-forth, you can eventually get them to come around.

Check out a video of Mason being his adorable self. Just 'cause.

Did your kid(s) help pick out any baby names?
