What Is Quinn's Fate on 'Glee'? -- New Photo May Reveal (PHOTO)

Dianna Agron in 'Glee'This week's episode of Glee, "On My Way," was almost too much for me to handle. Between the Karofsky shocker, Rachel and Finn actually deciding to tie the knot, and the suspense at regionals -- I was literally brought to tears.

However, nothing was worse than the cliffhanger. Watching Quinn (Dianna Agron) get hit by the oncoming truck literally made me screech at the top of my lungs. The truck was coming for her so fast, I swear sitting on my couch at home I was convinced that Quinn's a goner.

But is she? Looks like the secret may be out. THIS. IS. HUGE. A new photo has emerged from the Glee set, and it may just reveal if Quinn made it out of the accident dead or alive.

WARNING: MAJOR MAJOR HUGE SPOILER after the jump.

Dianna Agron in wheelchair on 'Glee'

Well lookie here. Seems that this is a photo of Dianna Agron and co-star Kevin McHale (Artie) having a wheelchair race on set. Could it be that Quinn is NOT dead, and made it out of the accident paralyzed? Who knows, maybe the wheelchair could even be a temporary thing?! AHHHH! I'm SO pumped.

If Quinn's off her feet, a lot of things are going to change. Maybe she and Artie will become best friends? There could be some interesting potential for musical numbers with the duo.

One thing I'm positive of: Quinn's definitely going to have a hard time adjusting to the chair, especially after getting the go ahead from Sue to rejoin the Cheerios for the remainder of senior year. Personally, I'm just happy to see that (hopefully) she made it out of the crash alive.

In true Glee fashion, I could also see her taking her experience and becoming an activist about texting and driving at McKinley High. Again, who knows. For now, this is all speculation. I guess we just have to wait until April 10 to find out.

What do you think will happen with Quinn's character? Were you surprised by the accident from this week's episode?
