Craving more Twilight? Luckily, Stephenie Meyer knows her audience and loves them. That's why, on June 5, she'll be releasing the quirkily-titled The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella.

That's right! The book is Twilight-related! Clocking in at a slim 192-pages, the novella focuses on Bree Tanner, one of the newborn vampires created by evil Victoria in her war against the Cullens. Bree only gets to live for ten pages in Eclipse, but Meyer wrote this more in-depth tale about the teen-aged vampire when she was editing that book. The novella should whet fans appetites for the movie version of Eclipse, as a few details from the book made it into the film.

"The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner is pretty much contained in the last week of the newborns' existence before the big fight [between the Cullens and the vampire army] in the meadow in Eclipse," Meyer told USA Today. "It's the last week before Bree dies."

If you don't want to hit the bookstore to buy the book, it will also be available for free -- from June 7 to July 5 -- on in an effort to raise money for the American Red Cross.

Fans who are still waiting for Midnight Sun, Meyer's version of Twilight from Edward's perspective, will have to keep waiting. Meyer shuttered that book when it was leaked on the Internet in 2008 -- and doesn't plan to pick it up again.

"I think they're all waiting for Midnight Sun," Meyer told USA Today. "But I'm not writing about vampires right now."
