Here's What the Perfect Woman Is Worth, According to Men in America

As a woman, haven't you always wanted to know exactly how much a guy would pay to go out with you? Or how much he valued your particular attributes in terms of dollar signs? Well, then, you're in luck, because date auction site WhatsYourPrice has determined what men are looking for -- and what it's worth to them.

Yay feminism! Or something. Let's just take a moment to appreciate the fact that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in the US, as there's a dating website that auctions off dates with female members to the highest bidding male members. Or, you know, be completely grossed out by it.

Here's the handy-dandy infographic, depicting the values men place on eye color, height, education, and religion.

Basically, they want an educated version of Kim Kardashian, except taller, Jewish, and without children. According to the survey, men would be willing to pay $133.94 for a first date with a woman possessing the following qualities:

  • She's tall, but not super tall -- 5'9" is thought to be perfect
  • She has dark brown hair and brown eyes
  • She has an athletic body type
  • She is of Middle Eastern descent and Jewish
  • She has a graduate degree
  • She's a non-smoker and social drinker

Don't be too upset if this doesn't fit your profile, though. In 2015, the ideal woman was a blue-eyed blonde. Men are so fickle, aren't they?

Anyway, I suppose we should be glad that the most highly valued attribute was education -- having a graduate degree was rated at $138.27, while having a body like Jessica Biel was only valued at $133.90. Doesn't that make you feel better as a woman? Five whole extra dollars for hitting the books over hitting the gym.

Somebody give me a call when there's a guy more interested in the heart, soul, and mind of a woman over what color her eyes are. Now that would be someone worth meeting ... and he wouldn't even have to pay for the privilege of asking her out.
