This Dress Is Taking Network Weather News by Storm (PHOTOS)

This story makes me ridiculously happy. It's what happens when a meteorologist posts a link to an affordable dress on Amazon on her private Facebook group -- and then all her female meteorologist friends buy the same thing.

Check out this awesomeness:

Okay, it's not my favorite look, but dang -- it's $23, and according to these ladies, it flatters everyone. And it apparently meets the strict dress codes for stations' weather girls.

Dallas Fox 4 meteorologist Jennifer Myers put together the collage (pictured above) on Reddit, featuring dozens of women sporting the Homeyee "Women's Stretch Tunic Pencil Sheath," and she plans to keep updating it.

She explained that it's difficult for women in her profession to find flattering things to wear. They're not allowed to wear lace, distracting prints, anything green, or anything showing off cleavage. "It's pretty hard to have a closet stocked with solid colors and jewel tones that are affordable and flattering," she shared on Reddit.

Girl power plus social media, man. Amazing things can happen when those mix -- like finding out about a flattering dress that can be yours for just $23.
