Wonder if Neil tells HIMYM costar Alyson Hannigan to take her advice and shove it, too?Neil Patrick Harris makes me smile. The How I Met Your Mother star is the proud papa of twins Harper Grace and Gideon Scott with partner David Burtka, he's even feeding his baby girl donor breastmilk. But just because he's a new parent doesn't mean he needs old, worn out hand-me-down advice from the likes of you -- or Sara Gilbert. In fact, when the vegan actress, who's recently taken up commenting on all things parenting on CBS's The Talk, offered Neil some vegan parenting advice, he responded with a curt, “Well, you’re a crazy, granola person. Weirdest advice ever!”

So what did Sara say that offended NPH?

On Top Chef: All-Stars, Carla steps it up while Jamie wimps out.

While the Top Chef All-Stars crew is still reeling from the loss of Dale L. and Stephen last week, they've got no time to mourn. With 14 chefs remaining, it's time for the next Quickfire challenge -- and it seems simple enough: classic, all-American stuffing.

Of course, there's a catch. The judges -- including guest judge (and Top Chef Masters vet Tony Mantuano, of the four-star Chicago Thai restaurant Spiaggia -- have taken away their culinary tools, from knives to spatulas to even spoons. Ouch. This is going to hurt.

For their troubles, they'll earn immunity and $20,000. Worth it?

Dr. Nani-Ma about to give Kavi some shots. If you've been having trouble finding a pediatrician you like and agree with , you're not the only one. Apparently it's really hard to find a good pediatrician in the US because, according to a recent study, 15 million children live in regions where there are more than 4,000 children for each child doctor according to a new city. That's not all. Nearly 1 million children live in a region with no local physician who treats children.

Thank God baby Kavya's pediatricians happen to be her grandparents. Yup, Dr. Nani-Ma and Dr. Nanoo to the rescue. But that's not always a good thing.

Jennifer Lopez made a lot of $$ of this cover.Parents-to-be Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon spent much of her pregnancy trying to keep the whole thing on the down-low for the first trimester. But since announcing the impending expansion of their family in October, they sure have been chatty about it. Not only have they confirmed the pregnancy, but they recently announced that like Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, they are having twins (although they're still not sharing a due date).

Yay! Congrats to them. But this has me wondering, how long will it be before the ink dries on the contracts for their fabulous newborn photos? After all, celebrity babies -- and especially twins -- bring in big bucks these days.
