It's hard being a new mom (or even an experienced mom to a new baby) and sometimes we do things we know we shouldn't, despite what all the experts say. But this is a safe place to share your secrets—we won't tell.
I've been in San Diego the last few days for a work trip, and while I'm not thrilled about stepping on the scale when I get back to Texas tomorrow, I've actually gathered some real wisdom about staying healthy and on goal while traveling away from home. (And it doesn't include eating salads every meal!)
In decor and style blogs and magazines lately, I've noticed more and more rooms popping up in a very cool combination of yellow and gray colors. I love the muted neutral of the gray and the bright pop of the yellow, and it comes across as both very grown-up and sophisticated while still being quite cool and modern.
