A peanut butter and potato chip sandwich is creative—but probably not creative enough to win Jif's Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest, in which kids submit a recipe using Jif peanut butter for a chance to win a $25,000 scholarship fund. Also, four runner-ups will receive scholarship funds of $2,500.
The winning recipe last year paired peanut butter with chicken, peppers, onions, apples, mozzarella cheese and a dipping sauce made of peanut butter, honey, honey mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Um, wow. That's a little more complicated than peanut butter and potato chips...
