Weekday mornings can be pretty hectic in most houses. If you're trying to get out the door in a hurry, it really helps if kids can pack their own lunches. But making sure they grab only child-friendly items is key. In a call one mom never expected to receive, she learned that her 5-year-old daughter inadvertently packed a "grown-up item" alongside her regular lunch. Whoops!

While your mind might've gone to some pretty racy places, it wasn't a Fifty Shades kind of moment, but still fairly embarrassing. Instead of grabbing her frozen juice pouch from the freezer, the little girl took her mom's instead. (And we must admit, it looks pretty darn tempting!)

The anonymous but quick-witted mom, who lives in Australia, shared her photo with a television host named Elaine, who posted the funny not-for-kids lunchbox on her Twitter feed. Elaine also included the mom's caption, which explains everything.

EPIC lunchbox fail when you tell your five-year-old Preppie to put a frozen juice pouch in her lunchbox and you forget the other pouches in your freezer!

Thankfully, a teacher caught the mistake before the student began imbibing and gave her mother a call.

So, how did the mortified mom handle her daughter's mix-up? Her quick wit carried her through the moment.

"I apologised for not sending enough for the teachers and they just laughed, thankfully," she said, according to a post on Elaine's Facebook page

If you've ever scrambled to get your kids ready for school in the morning, then you can totally see how something like this could happen. We're just glad the teacher caught it before the girl popped in her straw and started chugging it down!

It's nice that this mom and teacher could laugh it off for the simple mistake it was. You'd hate to see the parent reported to child protection services for such an innocent switcheroo.

Still, something tells us this little girl is about to get homeschooled in either reading labels more carefully or finding her own juices in a hurry, LOL!
