We always tell kids to dream big, so it's particularly heartwarming when we see evidence that they're actually listening. Hoping to truly make her dream a reality, a 7-year-old in the UK wrote to Google to express her interest in a job -- and the tech company CEO responded with a heartfelt letter that should inspire us all.

Chloe Bridgewater's proud dad, Andy, shared his daughter's eloquent missive and the encouraging response she received on LinkedIn -- and in just three days, the two have garnered over 160,000 likes.

In her letter, Chloe wrote that she's learning about computers and looking forward to getting a job at Google, where she can "sit on bean bags and go down slides and ride go-karts." Not only does she want a spot at Google, but she also wants to work in a chocolate factory and "do swimming" at the Olympics. Clearly, this 7-year-old possesses an honesty and determination that should motivate all job seekers.

Seriously, we should all have as much ambition as this young lady! Take a look:

You know when you're placed in the same category as Father Christmas, it's pretty important that you come through for a kid, and, thankfully, that's exactly what CEO Sundar Pichai did. Here is his lovely reply:

Pichai's sweet response, which ends with a smiling face, almost brings a tear to your eye because it's so positive and encouraging and exactly what kids need to hear. He wrote:

Dear Chloe,

Thank you so much for your letter. I'm glad that you like computers and robots, and hope that you will continue to learn about technology. I think if you keep working hard and following your dreams, you can accomplish everything you set your mind to – from working at Google to swimming in the Olympics. I look forward to receiving your job application when you are finished with school! :)

All the best to you and your family.

It's one thing to hear your mom or dad tell you you can accomplish anything, but to see it in print from the CEO of the multinational technology company really drives that point home.
