My mother was a stickler for kids and vitamins. Headache. "Did you take your vitamin?" Too sleepy. "You haven't been taking your vitamins." I was on Flintstones "one-a-days" for longer than I care to remember. But today there are all sorts of other supplements that children take including Omega 3 and Omega 6.
Some parents swear by vitamins and supplements in terms of improving concentration, focus and overall health. But others take a different approach and prefer provide all nutrients to their children directly from food. How about you?
Do your kids take vitamins or supplements? What kinds?

You bet ya!!!!! Im an Independent Shaklee Distributor so they get Shaklee Vita-Lea Infant Mix and chewables. Plus some others....I love the results ive seen in my two kids since I started using Shaklee products.
Yes, My son takes Flintstones plus Immunity Support. We have tried the Gummy vitamins in the past and he won't eat them, but he loves his Flintstones!
YES my kid does take Vitamins ( Flinstone ) Plus Iron . It seems to help with dark circles that come with allergies she gets most all the others from a healthy diet which is equally important to install good adult habits for later. I feel that the vitamins only insure a better recipe in life :)
Only completely natural ones.. There are lots of 'harmful' things in ones like Flinstones, etc... and the minerals and such in those kinds dont break down the way they should in the kids bodies, so they are really arent getting all of the benefits that they need from them.
Certainly! We just don't get the vitamins needed from our foods and the minerals are mostly depleted from the soil. Vitamins that have a high absorbancy without being destroyed by the minerals in our small intestines where absorbancy takes place are the best!!!
