6 Easy Hairstyles to Help Your Kids Rock the First Day of School

Last night at a Crest and Oral B event, I got to see the stylists of New York's Doodle Doo's work their magic on several kids. Check out these six fab hairstyles -- and yes, we even included one for boys! And check out which hair products Doodle Doo's recommends for kids. Did someone say hair glitter?

These are simple hairstyles you could do yourself -- maybe with a little practice the week before. They're all great a keeping your kids' hair tidy through the whole school day. Well, mostly tidy. You know how wild school can get sometimes.

Cute. :) We have a knot genie on the way to us in the mail. I. Cannot. Wait. I don't know what my daughter does while she sleeps but her hair is a nest in the morning.

Another idea is to make a loose ponytail, spread the hair apart to make a hole just above the elastic band and flip the ponytail up and through the hole and pull down. Tighten it up and put a big flower clip right there where the band is. I hope that made sense. lol Anyway, it's very easy, fast, and cute. You can add side braids or side twists before you make the ponytail in the back if you want as well.

That's the whole problem....kids don't need hair style! This is how bulling starts, a little girl goes to school without any hair style because mom is in a hurry And can't make any cute style, she gets bullied from the other girls. Kid's parents can't afford designer clothes, he gets bullied.... Is just so sad to me how mothers and fathers think about hair style for their kids!
