Do you take a photo of your kids on the first day of school every year? Create more memories by making a questionnaire for each of your kids to take. Keep a collection as they continue to fill it out the questions year after year. You can compile them into a book including the photo and survey. cute idea. I always take a picture of my kids on their 1st day of school. This year will be the 1st where I have to do it seperatly b/c they are now in different schools.
