Willow SmithThis year's White House Easter Egg Roll will promote health-consciousness with a theme of "Get Up and Go!" -- which falls right in line with First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move!" initiative.
Pro sports stars will attend to promote physical fitness. Celebrity chefs will cook up healthy snacks. Kids will be able to participate in the egg roll, of course, as well as yoga, basketball, tennis, jump rope, obstacle courses, dancing, and other sports. Like the strenuous exercise of hair whipping apparently.
That's right. Pop star Willow Smith, daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith and performer of the single "Whip My Hair," will make an appearance at the annual White House Easter event.
Tween singing sensation and total fashion icon Willow Smith, age 10, is scheduled to perform at the Easter Egg Roll, which will be held on the White House lawn on Monday, April 25. Other young singers on the agenda include Greyson Chance and Mindless Behavior.
I'm sure Willow Smith's performance, if it includes her famed back-and-forth hair whipping, will send the perfect physical fitness message. Hey man, whatever works to get the kids off the couch, right?
What do you think of the health-conscious theme this year?

Whatever they want to do with the theme is fine with me. As long as it doesn't mention that whole "dying on the cross" thing. THAT would totally ruin a good Easter Celebration.
Eh. I don't really care. :/
actually Easter has nothing to do with "Jesus" hanging on the cross, that's just another example of Religion adopting celebrations of earth as an attempt to control people. Easter is actually a celebration of Spring, the term Easter comes from Eostre, the name of the Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring, Eostur, the Norse word for the spring season, OR Ishtar, the ancient spring goddess of Near Eastern countries.
Many people are amazed to find that the Bible does not mention Easter at all.
All are connected to the spring season and springtime fertility festivals that represented rejuvenation, reproduction and the life-enriching qualities of the sun. Customs and symbols associated today with Easter observance can be directly traced back to Easter's pre-Christian origins.
on another note I think Willow's song is inappropriate
Could care less, I'll be in church.
