Amy Turn Sharp of the blog doobleh-vay shares a fun autumn story as part of our "On This Fall Day" series today.
Several bloggers are sharing a single fall day in photos + words here on The Stir over the next few weeks. Follow along to catch small and beautiful glimpses of what other families are doing around the country and beyond to celebrate the autumn season.
On this fall day, Amy and her three boys spent some time in the lovely Ohio countryside:
We attend a yearly October farm party that is full of fun (hayrides/birthday cake/horse riding/leaf hunting). The boys and I had a blast this year. Dad had to work, but grandma came with us and held baby Scout while me and my wild boys traversed the wild beautiful Ohio countryside. Fall is a beautiful time in Ohio, and I love the thoughts of the holidays creeping into the cool air.
Go outside and throw some leaves together. Wrap up and read outside on a snuggly blanket. Have that one last picnic. Enjoy the season. xo
Love those happy boys and the changing trees, Amy. It was fun peeking in on your nice fall day!
