Mom Fight at Kindergarten Graduation, Two Arrested
A fight between two moms, and possibly others, interrupted a kindergarten graduation in Victorville, CA last week, and two moms were arrested.
Nice, moms, real nice.
The two moms who were later arrested -- Marina Vargas, 29, of Hesperia and Queiona Burt, 31, of Victorville -- allegedly got into a brawl during the kindergarten graduation at Puesta Del Sol Elementary School in San Bernardino County.
The fight ended up in a nearby field, but the women took off before police arrived. The cause of the fight was still being investigated. The two adults were later arrested, based on anonymous tips phoned into the sheriff's department.
As a consequence, no parents were allowed to attend the sixth grade graduation the next day.
Could you imagine if your mom got into a big scrap at your kindergarten graduation, let alone with another mom? How embarrassing.

What do you mean, parents were banned from the grade 6 graduation? You mean just those brawling parents, or all parents? How could they ban all parents from a graduation?? Please tell me that's just a misprint.

How crazy. I'd love to know what they were fighting about. I feel bad for their kids. I don't think they should have cancelled the grade 6 grad though, why should everyone else suffer because of the actions of a couple of immature idiots?

If my child were to have a graduation from 6th grade and I were unable to attend then my child would not be allowed at the school. That simple. You're not going to have me plan to go to see my child graduate from a grade and then tell me that I can't go because some idiots couldn't act like they had some sense!

Sounds like the people who decided adults couldn't attend the 6th grade graduation are about as intelligent as the 2 idiots who fought. And to think, the decision-makers are in charge of educating children. Unreal. I can't even find words to comment on the character of the 2 brawlers.

I have had to deal with a cliquish mean moms group for over a year and a half. My husband was on the PTO as pres and I met so many nice people but htis one group was the worst . When they found out was I was a decade older it made them act even worse. The school finally dealt with it when they came after my son but I never pressed charges. Pathetic is just a mild word to describe how my situation was handled. But I guess when you are relying on the tuition of the troublemakers I guess the school has to kiss a@@. But karma is funny and the best part is I got to make so many more friends because of the infamous incident of this wahckjob running after my son. I got to meet some pretty intereresting characters. HEE Hee. Thanks to all the po's there and to all the great mom that have hubbies that have one and to the one that has one and still acts so silly grow up. You're not in high school anymore!

wow ..........what a classy pair of ......Ladies? It is a shame that they not only ruined kidergarten graduation, but also 6th grade. I would be ashamed to even admit I knew them if I did.
