5-Year-Old REALLY Doesn't Want Her Baby Brother to Grow Up (VIDEO)

im a big sister shirtBeing a big sister is a rough job, y'all. Just as 5-year-old Sadie Miller of Phoenix, Arizona, can tell you, it comes with a lot of tears. But maybe not for the reason you're expecting. Turns out, the little girl was not too happy to find out that her lil' bro is getting older. So she let the world know.

"I don't want him to grow up," she exclaims through tears, and you can see that the pain is real. Take a look:

Let's be honest, that's one serious realization right there. "I don't wanna die when I'm a hundred" is a pretty significant thought for a kindergartner. Who's thinking of lifespans, death, and aging when they're barely school-aged?

But at least parents can relate. Kids seem to get older and bigger every single time you turn around. And yes, they will continue to get older and grow up (sorry to break it to ya, Sadie), but with moments like this, it's important to take a step back and celebrate those milestones.

How do you explain "getting older" to your kids?
