Baby Bellini
Get your hit of bubbly with this one. Simply substitute sparkling pear or apple juice for the Champagne. Mix with peach nectar. Serve in a tall flute, garnished with a sugared peach slice. Delish!

Mama’s Mai Tai
3 oz. orange juice
3 oz. pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine
Splash of lime-flavored Perrier

Serve well shaken with ice and a pineapple garnish. Froofy umbrella optional.

Anklebiter Appletini
1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Splash pomegranate juice for color

Serve shaken or stirred in a martini glass rimmed with crushed peppermint sticks. Nice touch!

Moody Mama
Based on the classic Dark & Stormy, this is perfect for the mom who wants something with more than a little punch.

Mix a healthy dose of ginger beer (not ginger ale) with a dash of bitters and a squeeze of lime. All ingredients are really to taste, but move slowly on the bitters! Serve in a lowball glass garnished with candied ginger or a stick of lime rock candy. Fancy!

3 oz. mango juice
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 oz. club soda
Dash of grenadine

Muddle the vanilla sugar and ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice, mango juice, and grenadine and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass rimmed with raw sugar and top with club soda. Garnish with a vanilla bean if desired. This one is special, just for you!
