What are you going to be this Halloween? If you're like most moms, that hasn't even crossed your mind. I usually go as Tired Mom Who Stayed Up All Night Sewing Her Child the Perfect Costume. (It's a winner!) You put so much work into making the night magical for your kids, your own costume is often just an afterthought, if you consider it at all.

I do feel like a party-pooper when I take my son trick-or-treating without wearing any costume at all. But who has the energy to figure out a grown-up getup, not to mention the time or money? Plus, some of us are a little too shy to go out in full character to begin with.

So for moms who want to play along but don't want to spend a lot of money or time on it (aka pretty much all of us!), we have some ideas. Here are 11 super easy Mom Halloween costumes that match your kids and won't break the bank.

Like beauty, "sexy" is in the eye of the beholder, right? And when it comes to lingerie, whatever you want to wear in the bedroom to get your engines revving is totally your business. But sometimes we come across lingerie that we assume is meant to be sexy, but seems oddly...funny, instead. Sure, the couple that laughs together stays together, but we're gonna bet most women don't want to put their partners in stitches because of something they wear to bed.

We found 10 lingerie sets that we think are intended to be sexy, but might just make you laugh out loud instead.

A cancer survivor who wore a tutu during a race was made fun of in the April issue of Self and was extremely offended, to say the least.

The magazine writer declared war on tutus worn during races in a column called "The BS Meter." Underneath a photo of two women wearing superhero T-shirts and tutus -- one of whom was Monika Allen, who was undergoing chemo for brain cancer -- the caption read: ”A racing tutu epidemic has struck NYC’s Central Park, and it’s all because people think these froufrou skirts make you run faster. Now, if you told us they made people run from you faster, maybe we would believe it.”

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, especially when it comes to fashion, but this Self writer was totally off-base and ill-informed.

Madonna made headlines recently for dressing up as one of our favorite characters from Game of Thrones last Saturday. Of course, the 55-year-old picked Daenerys Targaryen, and she kind of put every fan to shame by going completely all out with the costume. Posting to Instagram, she captioned the photo of her costume (dragons included) with: "Happy Purim!!!!! All Hail All Queens! #certainty."

She's really rockin' that platinum blonde wig, and those bangles, and her arms. Damn. For 55 years old, Madonna looks good. She's also got the pale coloring and big, beautiful eyes to appropriately pay homage to the Mother of Dragons.

Sadly, though all Game of Thrones fans know that she's got nothin' on the real Daenerys (yes, the HBO version = real), played by the gorgeous Emilia Clarke. We take these things kinda seriously. Here are 10 reasons why.

After the critical panning of her Muppet Christmas special, it's good to see Lady Gaga returning to basics. Of course, returning to basics for LG means seeing what sort of crazy ensemble she can drape, coat, or paste herself into. While we wouldn't always wear what she's deemed appropriate for a given occasion, you can't argue with how good she makes each ensemble look.

For Christmas this year, Gaga stepped out in a veritable ode to the season. She was wearing a red wrap-style short romper that conjured up images of a big, red bow on a package. She wore Christmas-green hair, and, as if that could ever be enough, topped off the look with a headpiece made of an ACTUAL Christmas tree.

For those of you following along at home, there are two days left until Halloween. You know what that means, right? It's time to figure out your costume. If you're anything like me, you're a last-minute costume shopper (and hey, that's okay). But that means what's left at the costume store may not be your cup of tea. Yup, hello October 31-induced stress.

Our Daily Stir team headed to our local Spirit Halloween store to check out what some of this year's options looked like. And honestly, we couldn't believe some of the things people ACTUALLY dress up as for Halloween (a middle finger costume, anyone?). Seriously. However, we were able to find a few spooky wins.

Looking for a last-minute costume? Watch today's Daily Stir and maybe we can spark a few ideas:

Halloween is less than a week away, and I'm still looking for the perfect Halloween costume! Thank goodness for Pinterest because I found that a little bit of makeup can go a long way. A lot of people are pulling out their eyeliner to turn themselves into pop-art-inspired comic book characters, and I decided I was ready for this challenge!

You won't find me talking smack about Christina Hendricks too often. This is because one, I do not believe in girl-on-girl crime, and two, because she is the greatest. She is a gifted actress with the beauty and charisma held by screen sirens of days long gone by. Plus, she is a redhead, and we don't have many of those folks left. They must be celebrated in this, their final chapter.

Even a modern-day icon can make mistakes. Still, you'd like to think someone as innately stylish as this Mad Men star would be above blatant style blunders. But when it comes to vintage fashion looks, even the most skillful amateur stylists can botch it. Sadly, her latest ensemble proves that even Christina is not exempt.

There comes a time in every woman's life where she tires of wearing thigh-high stockings just because it's Halloween again and every single costume seems to involve them.

I'm not suggesting that you still can't rock six-inch stilettos and a garter belt, and by all means, play sexy nurse or sexy Big Bird or sexy whatever else if that's what you feel like doing. But if you're not in the mood to freeze this year, or just bored with the same-old sexy costume, there are options out there that are super-cute, interesting, and the opposite of dowdy

Katy Perry claims that after being half-naked and half-dressed in candy-striped costumes and whipped cream-spewing bras for the better part of her pop career, it's time for her to get dressed.

No, seriously. Although she says she admires other, younger stars for hitting the stage whilst scantily clad, she told London’s Captial FM she can't "pull that off anymore." Unlike say, Rihanna, who is three years her junior.
