There's a lot of things that can get you fired from your job. Showing up late, embezzling funds, sleeping when you should be working. But there is nothing worse than being fired from your job because you are too hot. In some cases, being too hot is good for your career. Like if you're a Victoria's Secret model. But otherwise, it's just a pain. Ask Lauren Odes, who was fired from her data entry job because, she says, her employers told her her body was "too racy" and suggested she wrap a "red bathrobe" over her clothing. But nothing could cover up her sexy and she was canned anyway.

Odes says her employers told her: "You are just too hot for this office." Tell me about it, sistah.

Jessica Simpson already designs a $1 billion dollar retail collection for adults, so it's no surprise that with the birth of her baby girl, Maxwell, Jess plans on adding maternity wear to the line. Jessica says the maternity wear will "show off baby bumps." Well, duh. There was no hiding the one had Jess had. During her pregnancy, which seemed to last eons, Jess and her ginormous bump became famous for her mommy-to-be fashions -- sometimes in a good way and sometimes in a not-so-good way.

So it will be interesting to see what kinds of designs she goes with. The line will launch in the fall with jersey knit dresses, sweaters, and vintage print tops. But I'm thinking a green mumu will make its way into the collection too. And maybe these other Jessica fashion favs ...

Jennifer Love Hewitt's in great shape, and she wants to show it off. Alllll off. The 33-year-old star of Lifetime's Client List told Wendi Williams that she wants to be a Victoria's Secret angel. Not like, as a new career, but just for a day, she'd like to put on the wings and feel what it's like. And if they wanted to put her on the cover of a catalog, Jennifer would be thrilled.

JLH explained that she's already in lingerie 24/7 for her new show, so she feels like she's totally ready to partner with V.S.

Ever wonder why your boobs are so saggy? Don't worry, Cameron Diaz has all the answers. During an interview to promote her new movie What to Expect When You're Expecting, Diaz waxed poetic about the functionality behind droopy boobies. Drawing from her experience after visiting Africa, the 39-year-old actress explained that breasts become long and stringy so that you can toss them over your shoulder to feed the baby you have strapped to your back. Or, she goes on, if you don't want to throw your bazooms over your shoulder, she says that you can fling them under your armpit.

Her good-spirited take on saggy breasts has a lot of people laughing ... but I think we can come up with a few more funny things pendulous breasts can be used for, don't you?

Despite the fact that her reps are denying it -- some people seem to be convinced that Taylor Swift recently had a boob job. You know, because every time a smaller-busted girl like Tay-Tay steps out looking a little bit fuller, people automatically assume she's fallen victim to Hollywood pressures to look perfect and went under the knife in response.

This photo of her looking like she's got a little more padding up top is what sparked the controversy, and after looking at it a hundred times, I can't understand why anyone thinks she altered the size of her bust. Because it really isn't that much bigger than normal. If she had really gotten a boob job, don't you think she would've gone a little bit larger than that? (Gah!)

Believe it or not, there are these great little inventions called push-up bras that give smaller chested gals like Taylor (and myself) a bit of a lift. And they're a whole lot less expensive and painful than breast implants.

Take notice, Beyonce. There’s a new most beautiful woman in town. An 18-year-old British girl, Florence Colgate, who works part-time in a fish-n-chips shop, won a contest looking for the world's most "naturally" beautiful woman. "Naturally" meaning a face without makeup or surgical enhancements.

Beauty, apparently, is not in the eye of the beholder. There’s a scientific explanation as to why we’re attracted to certain faces more than others –- it’s because those faces are more symmetrical. There's a whole process here. For example, the length between the eyes and the mouth should be exactly one third of the length between the hairline and the chin. Are you buying this?

Dove already has made a name for itself by featuring real women in its advertising.

Now, the brand is taking that body image message a step further with a new 'Ad Makeover' campaign that actually allows women to create ads that Dove then pays to show other women on Facebook.

The campaign comes in response to a survey that showed only 4 percent of women consider themselves to be beautiful.

Valeria Lukyanova, the latest Meet Valeria Lukyanova. She's a 21-year-old who is reportedly the most popular person on the Russian-speaking Internet ... thanks to just one thing: She appears to look like the real-life version of Barbie -- complete with long blonde hair, flawless skin, vacant blue eyes, itty-bitty waist, and big breasts. She's made herself known mostly through a treasure trove of thousands of photos of herself looking like the world famous plastic doll. But major side note: There's a ton of speculation that the pics are heavily PhotoShopped. Still, wow, is she deserving of thousands of followers and admirers or what?! (Yes, that statement was laced with a hefty dose of sarcasm.)

I would hope that we've seen this desperate ploy for attention far too many times before to really fall for it again (at least over here in the States).
