Eyelash Growth Serums: Do You Believe the Hype?

My friend Leila has been using an eyelash growth serum -- not the one Brooke Shields pimps out, it's RapidLash Renewal Serum and it's $49.95, no prescription needed. Let me tell you...her eyelashes are so long I thought she was wearing false ones.

I feel like my lashes shrunk during pregnancy (OK maybe my face just got plumper), but I could not justify spending that much, so I bought one for about $10 from the drugstore.

I haven't noticed a difference.

Sometimes it's a case of you get what you pay for, but sometimes something that works for one person doesn't work for another.

Well, I'm about to try out another product that is supposed to give me longer, thicker, and stronger lashes -- it's called LashFood and they sent me their Natural Eyelash Conditioner ($95), Conditioning Drama Mascara ($27), and Conditioning Liquid Eyeliner ($27) to test out.

I got excited that the word "drama" is in the product name. But then I read the FAQs and saw that it shouldn't be used on pregnant or nursing women. Zoinks!

I'm looking for a guinea pig!

Have you tried eyelash growth serums? Do you think they work?
