All you need are five tablespoons and you can make a pumpkin facial that will hydrate your skin.
It's so good you'll want to eat some...and it's all natural so you actually can.
I got this recipe from Kayla Fioravanti, ARC Registered & Certified Aromatherapist and the Co-founder and Chief Cosmetic Formulator for Essential Wholesale.
It's a Honey Pumpkin Facial, chock full of vitamin A which helps your skin cells regenerate, plus it's great for dry skin.
You will need:
- 5 tablespoons pureed pumpkin or canned organic pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon agave sweetener
- 1 tablespoon softened organic butter
How to make:
Combine everything together in a bowl and mix well to make a smooth paste. To a clean face, spread Honey Pumpkin Spread over your face in an even layer. Rest for 15 minutes. Rinse and enjoy the softened skin.
Love the way it smells? If you use the canned pumpkin, you can make some more and try it over a slice of toast -- so yummy.You can also bake the fresh pumpkin, too.
