Plus-Size Model Stirs Up the Runway in London's Fashion Week

According to an article on BUST, this UK Size 12 model named Hayley Morley (shown above on left and labeled plus size) caused a stir at London's Fashion Week by (gasp!) walking down the runway in one of designer Mark Fast's dresses.

Sounds like Mark Fast wanted to show other-sized women wearing his designs, but his stylist and creative director walked out over "creative differences." !!!

Ohhh, "creative differences," otherwise known as FREAK SHOW.

This woman is GORGEOUS and SEXY, no matter what her size. Give me that creative director's name. I have a few words.

I found myself scouring that picture and wondering who the hell in it was supposedly plus size.

What's funny is that the girl with the long black hair looks bigger to me than the blonde...not that any of them are big, but just sayin'.

Like aurorabunny said...I had a hard time trying to figure out who was the plus sized one. I was expecting an obvious plus sized woman. She's really only slightly overweight.

our society is messed up. i don't even care what size a model is if she looks good in the clothes. isn't that the only point? and that she can walk well, i guess.

btw, i think this photo above was taken at the All Walks Beyond The Catwalk event, which uses models up to size 16 and age 65.

Like almost everyone else I had to read the article to figure out who the plus size model was! She really is not very big to me definitly not big enough for creative differences. When did it become a crime not to be a size 2?
