We've all torn out pages from our favorite beauty magazine for that little fragrance strip from the perfume ad. I mean, just because we can't afford the perfume doesn't mean we can't smell like it...at least for a little while, right?
But other than feverishly rubbing the paper on your wrists, there are other ways you can use those little strips. Glamour has come up with five clever options:
-
Tuck it in your lingerie drawer. Perfumed underwear will make anyone feel like a minx.
-
Leave a slip of your signature scent behind somewhere at your boyfriend’s place in a spot he doesn’t look often (like under his couch) so you’re always on his mind.
-
Put one in your glove compartment—when the sun heats up your car, it'll give off little whiffs of the fragrance.
-
Slip it in your gym bag to mask any sneaker smelliness.
-
Instead of lugging around your bottle of perfume, tuck a strip in your carry-on when you're traveling to rub on your wrists during your trip. You never have to worry about the liquid limit on a plane again!
Another idea is to put them in your closet by your shoes (or in your shoes if they're really stinky!). Or, do what Cafe Sheri does with paint chips and use them as bookmarks.
Do you tear out the fragrance strips?
