Fashion from Sex and the City 2

I think I am more excited about seeing what the ladies from Sex and the City 2 will be wearing than seeing the movie. Personally, I didn't love the first one...and I did really like the show...when they weren't bashing Brooklyn. (My hometown and where I live now.) But I'll probably still watch the film -- when it's out on video.

Luckily InStyle magazine is giving us a sneak peek! The Sex and the City sequel is filming in NYC and they have some snapshots from the set.

Are any of you Carrie Bradshaw fans? What about Sarah Jessica Parker fans? Even though the show annoyed me sometimes, my hand is raised.

You know what else I'm a fan of? This blue dress SJP is wearing.

It's from Halston and I love it with those bright yellow heels and huge hot pink bag.

Remember Flashdance? Carrie sure does. Wonder if this image (below left) is part of some sort of flashback?

Sarah Jessica looks great in white -- below right she's rocking another Halston dress with the sparkliest pair of Dorothy there's no place like home shoes. They cost $3,040. Yowsa!

Remember Z Cavaricci? Oh I would rather not! But Carrie's wearing a pair with a cute plaid top tied up to bare her tummy (at right). These certainly are a "classier" pair of Cavaricci's than I remember.

I love the newspaper print Dior by John Galliano dress. Carrie wore it once before...in the 2000 season of Sex and the City on TV. Good for her -- shopping her own closet.

I loved every pair of shoes Carrie ever wore and, yes, I will be going to SATC2. The first one was okay - but the show is still one of my all time favorites so I won't be able to stop myself from seeing the second movie.
