I just saw the movie 500 Days of Summer, which was horribly mistitled and should have been called How Darn Cute Is Zooey Deschanel? Or maybe even, Hey, Let's All Leave the Theater and Get Adorable Bangs.

500 Days of Summer was cute (warning: not a traditional love story per se), but Zooey and Joseph Gordon-Levitt's sweet vintage style throughout was even cuter.

There's just one thing I'm not so keen on: those dang bows in her hair (I speak not of the thin ribbons, which are pretty cute, but the bigger bows as seen above). For some reason it really bothers me to see a grown woman, no matter her cute and stylish factor, wearing big bows in her hair.

What do you think? Grown women in bows: yes or no?

Btw, Joseph is my new cute boyfriend. The scene where he karaoke sings to the Pixies Here Comes Your Man sealed the deal. ;)
