If you have long hair, chances are you've thought about cutting it all off in the summer. Or do something worse like I once did -- thinned it out and I ended up looking like I had a mullet. Some women can pull off this look, but me, nope. No can do.

Lucky magazine has some great ideas for easy hot weather hairstyles. No fuss, fast, and super cute. Two of them are like air conditioner for the neck.

There's the braid. Oh we love the braid here at CafeMom. So feminine and pretty. Lucky says to go with the messy braid and spray it with a leave-on conditioner for a light hold.

And who doesn't love a low ponytail? Lucky calls this look a classic. Polish the look with a shine serum at the ends. We also love pigtails.

Want wavy beach hair? Lucky has the secret. It involves some salt and conditioner. Check out their recipe to get mermaid pretty waves. PS: This works great on unwashed hair. I spritz, twist up when applying my makeup, then take it down about 15 minutes later for a messy wave.
