Khaki Is Boring No More!

Gap dress - coming soon!

I'm no big fan of khaki, but I am in love with this beautiful khaki dress, coming this summer to Gap!

This lovely khaki dress, due to arrive in Gap stores on June 16th, is part of Gap's collaboration with designers Alexander Wang and Vena Cava who were winners of the 5th Annual Council of Fashion Designers of America/Vogue Fashion Fund.

Who knew khaki from Gap could be so glamorous? I want lay around wearing this and drinking lemonade all summer long (shhh, this is not the time to remind me I have two children to take care of and work to do and all that...). Bon bons too. Bon bons and lemonade. Oh yeah...

I love it! I would add a belt to it, and some cork wedges...a big hat and a pair of black oversized sunglasses!! LOL!

I think that dress is hideous. Sorry. The only time I can't stand khaki is when it's worn with a white shirt! Ugh, that's the 'uniform' of so many grocery stores, etc. and it was our choir uniform in high school. I just think it's hideous. Khaki pants are fine, but at least toss some color on your top half!
