Strawberries, citrus, red peppers, and broccoli -- The vitamin C found in these fruits and veggies helps with the production of collagen. Wrinkles be gone!
Sunflower seeds and almonds -- Full of vitamin E, these have antioxidants and keep skin hydrated as well as guard skin cells from the sun -- just like a natural SPF.
Dark orange, leafy green, and red vegetables -- Zucchini, sweet potatoes, and spinach have beta-carotene that your body converts to vitamin A, which helps keep skin smooth and self regenerating.
Fortified cereal, lean meat, pork, poultry, oysters -- The proteins and minerals in these foods help you to have a natural glow.
Wild salmon, Atlantic mackerels, walnuts, fortified eggs -- Omega-3 fatty acids will keep your skin looking younger and healthier longer.
Whole wheat and grains -- These complex carbs can help fight acne because it is low-glycemic and keeps insulin steady. Refined carbs and sugar make it go way up. In short, sugar can cause breakouts. Who needs white bread when whole wheat does this?!
Water -- OK...not a food, but Danizger says that six glasses a day of the clear stuff helps skin stay hydrated and healthy.
