Carrie Underwood vs. Julianne Hough

Can the ladies of country music dress to impress or what? Carrie Underwood and Julianne Hough were breathtaking at the CMAs and for very different reasons.

Carrie's dress was in what I want to called black magic red, after Black Magic Roses -- a gorgeous black-red velvet looking flower that I had in my wedding bouquet. Oh and it was massive -- took up most of the stage. She looked like one of those dolls I used to collect at street fairs.

Julianne, who I love on Dancing With the Stars, won big at the CMAs. She took home the trophy for Top New Artist, but her slinky and glittery dress was in a class by itself -- absolutely stunning.
