Lindsay Lohan sometimes looks orange. So I was kind of surprised when I found out she was the spokesmodel for a soon-to-be released spray tan line by Sevin Nyne -- a company she worked with her favorite spray tanner to create.
Lindsay says that this spray tan is natural, made with goji berry extract, and doesn't have the chemicals and dyes that other spray tans have. Well that's good news. And I think she looks really great in this ad -- more bronze than orange.
Sevin Nyne is going to be available online at Sephora on April 15th and in stores by May, but for $35, would you try it?
I'm thinking about it.... It's almost that time where my legs come out of hibernation and I need a bit of self tanner. My favorite is L'Oreal Sublime Bronze. When Carrie06 asked CafeMoms what their favorite tanner was -- one that didn't make them orange -- KnoxvilleDoula said hers was Arbonne's Made in the Shade because it doesn't smell and has SPF. Health4U agreed.
Are you going to try Lindsay Lohan's spray tan? What is your favorite self tanner?

I'd be more likely to try the Arbonne kind, as it's cheaper and NOT sanctioned by an orange girl. :)
Lindsey does look a bit orange to me... but then she may over do it, like she does with a lot of stuff. ;) I looked up her new line but couldn't find an actual ingredient list with concentrations of the ingredients. How much DHA is involved has a major factor on how dark a tanner can make you (or how orange). DHA is usually not an issue for contact dermatitis, it would be whatever other preservatives, fragrances, and plants are in it.
As always, if you're going to try something new, spot test it first and make sure there is a money back guarantee!
I use the sublime bronze.. although not since moving to Utah, because the summer here is so intense I get a tan without trying, even with my SPF on all the time.
