I can't stand when my nail polish chips right after I took the time to paint my nails. And it seems that no matter what the bottle promises, extending the life of a manicure really depends on how much you do with your hands. Three manual dish washing sessions and the pretty polish is almost sure to chip off.

Do or don't?
My opinion? Do whatever the hell YOU want and don't listen to what other people say. If you like glittery polish, wear it!
Depends on the outfit, where you're going, your age etc.. I guess. If it makes you feel good then who cares? If you're trying to look professional for your very important business meeting, then I'd say probably not lol.
I am the QUEEN of glitter so its a total do for me.....
Looks nice on toes.
s.teph makes a good point. Okay, I revise my statement - OUTSIDE of business, who cares what others think?
i haven't worn nail polish since my wedding back in 2006. before THAT, i haven't worn GLITTER nail polish since I was in high school. I remember it being a pain to take off. glittler nail polish - do or don't? it doesn't matter, most people won't even notice you have your nails painted.
You are right zombie_mommy -- it is hard to remove with nail polish remover! But it does last longer, so that's a plus.
I love glitter polish for my toes! Not so much for my fingers.
I LOVE IT !! BUT BECUASE I GET MY NAILS DONE , IT STAYS ON THE ACRYLIC, AND THEN THEY PUT CLEAR OVER IT, THEN BECAUSE I GET MY NAILS BLINGED OUT WITH SPARKLY STONES AND DESINGS I GET GLUE TOO ! IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE, SEND ME YOUR EMAIL I TAKE PICS OF MY NAILS ... THEY REMOVE THE NAIL POLISH WITH THE MACHINE . RIGHT NOW I HAVE LIKE LIGHT PURPLE ON MY TOES I 'VE HAD IT FOR A MONTH IT'S BARELY STARTING TO CHIP OFF . THEY HAVE THIS VERY GOOD GLITTERY NAIL POLISH I DONT KNOW WHO MAKES IT BUT IT'S FROM SINALOA MEXICO AND THERE IS NO LABEL OR PRINT JUST A CLEAR BOTTLE AND THEY HAVE ALL COLORS...
I do not like the sandpaper feel of it on my fingernails. I highly recommend it for toes though. A huge benefit for me is that it is a lot more durable. I painted my toenails and did not have a single chip after 10 days in a row of swimming and going to the beach while on vacation. That was awesome. Personally, I love the way it looks at any age on toes. I don't like my fingernails painted at all, just buffed and polished to a nice shine, lol.
