UPDATE: Congrats to sstepph for winning this $50 Target gift card! Her favorite DIY beauty recipe is the oatmeal face mask!

Not only are homemade beauty products good for your body because they are free of chemicals, but they are great on your wallet, too. And as many of you know, they are easy to make.

I've featured recipes for oatmeal face mask, hair dye made of tea, powdered milk face wash, chocolate facial, green tea skin toner, and many more.

Sometimes, though, we have our favorite product that we just can't live without.

On that note, want to win a $50 gift card from Target so you can get your must-haves along with items to make your favorite DIY beauty products.

To enter, tell me...

What is your favorite DIY beauty recipe?

I love coconut oil for dry hair, honey is a wonderful calming natural antibacterial for troubled skin, olive oil for dry skin and tea tree oil is amazing for almost any skin issue!!

I use my favorite body wash and add sugar to make my very own sugar scrub. Works great and removes the dry flakey skin that winter brings with it.

I haven't tried any yet, but I was most interested in the green tea toner.

I like to add a little sugar with some raw honey for a facial srub... feels real good after a nice warm rinse  than a cool rinse..

My favorite is a scrub that I make.  Mix epson salt and a scented oil (or just plain baby oil) and mix together to make it soupy.  Rub onto dry hands and rinse with warm water.  It makes your hands/feet so soft and smooth.   Perfect for dry winter skin.

My favorite homemade beauty recipe is for organic sugar and salt scrubs....just get organic cane sugar or epsom salts, sunflower oil infused with vitamin E, and essential oils in lavender or pepermint or whatever you like....its simple, its natural!

Using Mayonnaise for hair conditioner. But only use it once every 2 weeks if you do it, otherwise your hair could be a greasy mess.
