Are celebrities just like us? Not all, but maybe some. Maybe. I always wonder how actresses manage to slink back into their skinny jeans two days after giving birth...to twins!
Maybe they have a personal trainer, a chef who cooks them only the very best organic and low-calorie meals, or... (gasp!) have they gone under the knife?
Well it's refreshing to know that Jessica Alba, who is a first-time mom to daughter Honor, doesn't do any of the above.
What's her secret?
She wore a girdle!
People magazine reported that Alba says her slim post-baby appearance is all thanks to a belly band -- she even said that she tried hitting the gym, but it just wasn't for her.
OK...Jessica Alba might as well be Superwoman looking like she does, but it is nice to know that she squeezes it in like many of us.
There are quite a few good girdles out there -- shapewear like Spanx, Yummie Tummie, and even clothes with slimming slips built in. Check out these posts for more information:

No, she's super skinny and looks really good even without a girdle. I've seen pics of her on the beach, and you would never think she'd had a baby. I want to know how celebrities NEVER get stretch marks!?
A LOT of celeb mommies have stretch marks...Kimora Lee Simmons admitted to it. She even admitted to having laser surgery to remove them and said it didn't work and 'hurt like hell'. She openly admits to using airbrushing and body makeup to hide them.
I'm glad someone else finally decided to step outside of this 'Hollywood Post-partum Secrets' box and tell us the real deal!
