12 Celeb Beauty Looks From the Emmys to Steal Right Now

The 2016 Emmys didn't disappoint in terms of glamour (or winners, for that matter -- you go, Julia Louis-Dreyfus!). The gowns were to die for and the beauty looks were completely on point.

Fresh, modern makeup boasting luminous skin appeared to be the top trend, with glam goddesses like Sofia Vergara favoring one dramatic feature, like the star's bold berry lip.

There's slim to none chance we can afford Priyanka Chopra's custom Jason Wu gown, but we can all dig deep into our makeup bags to attempt a copy of these stunning looks, with pro tips straight from the artists themselves.

  • Tatiana Maslany

Not only did Tatiana Maslany finally score a well-deserved Best Lead Actress trophy for her kick ass work on Orphan Black, she also wins our personal award for best fresh-faced makeup look.

So how did makeup artist Mai Quynh give her a natural, neutral glow? It's all about the skin. She patted Tatiana's face with Kiehl's products, starting with Daily Reviving Concentrate before applying Ultra Facial Cream. To smooth out the area around the eyes, Mai dabbed Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado (which is truly heaven in a tiny tub) under her eyes as well as on her eyelids. After applying liquid foundation, Mai pulled out her secret weapon, Makeup Academy Professional's Under-Eye Illuminator applied under the actress's eyes. The best part? The pretty subtle highlight is only 10 bucks and available at CVS

  • Emmy Rossum

"Emmy's stunning floor-length white gown called for soft, ethereal makeup," says makeup artist Jo Baker. "I kept the lips and cheeks a rosy pink with glowing skin and a shimmering smoky eye in natural tones for a modern, effortless look."

To get the pretty flush they were going for, Jo applied used Elizabeth Arden's Ceramide Cream Blush in Pink to Emmy's cheeks, while using the brand's Beautiful Color Bold Liquid Lipstick in Lavish Pink to perfect her pout.

  • Julianne Hough

Between her slicked back hair, sun-kissed glow, and simple yet glam one-shoulder red gown, Julianne Hough was a red carpet triple threat at the 2016 Emmys. "With Julianne's dress having no embellishments or frills, it was clear that this look would be best completed by keeping her face in natural matte tones and with a clean-beauty approach using precision placement techniques," says makeup artist Spencer Barnes.

We love the nearly bare but totally striking eye makeup look he created using all LORAC products. He reached for the brand's Behind the Scenes Eye Primer to create a smooth canvas for the shadow, using shades from the Mega PRO 3 Palette which launches next month. Spencer lined Julianne's eyes precisely with Front of the Line PRO Eye Pencil in Dark Brown, then plumped up her lashes with Pro Lash Pomade Mascara.

  • Priyanka Chopra

Celebrity hair guru Castillo took one look at Priyanka Chopra's custom Jason Wu gown and knew he wanted to go with something sleek and sophisticated for her strands. He prepped her hair with MOP products starting with Mixed Greens Moisturizing Shampoo and then combed Pear Detangler through to combat frizz. Castillo added Mixed Greens Leave-In Conditioner from mid-shaft to the ends to coat any damage or dryness, then gave her mane a hit of volume with Lemongrass Lift, a root spray to help set the hair later.

After rough drying Priyanka's hair with his trusty ghd Air Hairdryer until it was about 80 percent dry, Castillo brushed through with a paddle brush to remove tangles. "With a tail comb, I created the side part, then section by section, I flat brush blow-dried the hair straight and then went back over each section with the Platinum Styler from mid hair shaft to ends," he explains.

After straightening, he took a dollop of Orange Peel Molding Cream and applied it from the root to mid hair shaft on the side of Priyanka's mane. "I brushed it through with a finishing brush and then with a twisting motion I twisted it behind her ear

  • Emily Ratajkowski

It's hard to upstage a custom Zac Posen dress, but makeup artist Hung Vanngo may have done just that when he created this beautiful, bold eye look for Emily Ratajkowski. "I wanted to do something that would let her natural beauty and confidence shine through," he says. "I took inspiration from her dress and did an eye focus in the same family of blues. To keep it modern, I left the rest of her makeup soft and subtle.

Here are the LORAC products that Hung used to make it happen: Prepping with Behind the Scenes Eyeshadow Primer gave her lids a clean canvas, and he blended colors from PRO Palette 2 and PRO Palette 3 to make just the right shade. Then Hung layered eye liner by using Front of the Line PRO Eye Pencil in Navy and Aqua. So unique -- we love it! He finished off by giving Emily's lashes a major push of volume with PRO Lash Pomade Mascara.

  • Kirsten Dunst

If Kirsten Dunst's beauty look appeared a bit retro to you, that's exactly what she and makeup artist Pati Dubross were going for. The inspo for her makeup came from Uma Thurman's character in the film Henry and June, which took place in the 1930s.

We're particularly obsessed with Kirsten's eye look. Pati moistened a flat eye shadow brush with Sisley Paris Floral Spray Mist and mixed Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eye Liner in Mahogany Brown and Charcoal Grey to create the perfect mushroom shade. After applying the unique color she created, Pati topped Kirsten's upper and lower eyelids with the matte powder from Laura Mercier Brow Powder Duo in Deep Blonde. She curled Kirsten's lashes with Troy Surratt Lash Curler and used Troy Surratt Pointilliste Mascara in Noir from the base to the middle of the lashes. Pati used the mascara as a tint to not distract from Kirsten's blue eyes. Kirsten's brows were then lightly filled with Zoe Van Jones Brow Shadow Duo in Sandy.

  • Sofia Vergara

While so many celebs opted for a neutral lip at Sunday night's show, we're obsessing over the bold berry hue Sofia Vergara sported on the red carpet.

"The key to this look was getting the exact right shade of lipstick," says makeup artist Kayleen McAdams. "I tried every possible combination of liner and lipstick until I found THE ONE -- which happened to be a deep burgundy shade in the new Covergirl Outlast All Day Lipcolor Custom Reds in Unique Burgundy."

  • Taraji P. Henson

No fussy updos for Taraji P. Henson. The Empire star flaunted soft, enviable waves that you can actually achieve at home with eco-conscious products from Contesta Rock. While strands are damp, apply Curling Milk and leave it in to dry. Do not rinse out.

Whether you use a diffuser to apply some heat to speed up the drying process or choose to let your locks air dry, set the look with Saltiness Spray, perfect for adding volume and texture at the same time.

  • Kerry Washington

Kerry Washington certainly had that pregnancy glow about her at the 2016 Emmys, but we can't stop raving about her hair. Her trusted hair stylist Takisha Sturdivant-Drew prepped the Scandal star's hair with Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo and Triple Moisture Daily Deep Conditioner, which just makes our heart happy because who doesn't love amazing drugstore beauty buys?

Takisha used her own branded TSD Hair Extensions to bump up the body and volume of Kerry's mane.

  • Heidi Klum

We'd be hard pressed to find a day when Heidi Klum doesn't look like a total bombshell, but we'e especially loving the soft, straight strands her hair stylist Wendy Iles created for Emmy night.

Wendy gave Heidi a fresh haircut first, then styled with an assymetric parting while leaving her hair straight. She used Iles Formula Haute Performance Finishing Serum to give Heidi's strands that spun silk texture.

  • Sarah Hyland

We can't wait to copy Sarah Hyland's modern, gold eye look. Her go-to makeup artist Allan Avendano used L'Oreal products, starting with Infallible 24 HR Eyeshadow in Eternal Sunshine applied with a wet brush and then using a silver eyeliner to finish off the metallic look. We love how Allan kept the gold vibes going by adding a swipe of Colour Riche Lipcolour in Bronze Coin over Colour Riche Lip Liner in Eternal Mauve.

  • Olivia Culpo

While we continue to be mesmerized by Olivia Culpo's perfect brows, we were most dazzled by the stunning purple eyeliner she rocked at the Emmys. Beloved celeb makeup artist Sir John worked with Olivia for the big show, using L'Oreal products. He used Infallible Silkissime Eye Liner in Violet to make her eyes pop. The brand's Pro Glow Foundation helped him give the former pageant queen that dew skin.
