People's Choice Awards 2015: 8 of the Best & Worst Looks (PHOTOS)

The 41st People's Choice Awards had it all: including amazing and interesting fashion. Some of our favorite female celebrities stunned in fabulous gowns and, yes, trousers (love you, Iggy Azalea), while others fell short in their gowns and, again, trousers (if you tuned in, perhaps you can guess who I have in mind). Here are 8 of the best and worst looks of the night.

  • BEST: Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell gave birth to her second baby girl a mere three weeks ago. It would have been perfectly understandable if she had chosen to stay home and sleep for as many hours as her newborn allowed, but instead she walked the red carpet with husband Dax Shepard looking ravishing in a tea-length fuchsia Monique Lhuillier dress.

  • WORST: Anna Faris

To be fair, host Anna Faris wore several outfits throughout the evening and she looked glorious in most of them -- but this was not one. Her figure is fabulous, but this two-piece dress belongs at Happy Hour on a beach in the Bahamas.

  • BEST: Ellen Pompeo

Ellen Pompeo was one of several stars who opted for an elegant pants suit instead of a traditional gown. The nude color is perfect for her skin tone and the plunging neckline and lace underlay add the perfect hint of sexy without going overboard.

  • WORST: Ginnifer Goodwin

Love Ginnifer Goodwin, but hated this cream dress. While I think this hue is perfect for this real-life Snow White, there is far too much fabric, too many pleats, and a confusing hemline. Ginnifer deserved better.

  • BEST: Iggy Azalea

While accepting an award for "Favorite Hip-Hop Artist," Iggy Azalea played with proportions by pairing wide-legged trousers with a teeny, jeweled crop top. Her beehive hairdo and winged eyeliner only added to her dramatic and gorgeous look.

  • WORST: Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting

The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting is a beauty, but I'm still not sure whether she is wearing long, loose culottes, and if even if she isn't -- I'll give her the benefit of the doubt here -- the cut-outs in her top remind me of a bad '80s swimsuit.

  • BEST: Kat Dennings

2 Broke Girls' Kat Dennings chose a gown that is equals parts sweet and sexy. The lacy bodice and sweet sleeves are a perfect contradiction for the noir hue and sweeping train.

  • WORST: Olivia Munn

Olivia Munn is the type of celeb who can get away with wearing anything. The sleek pencil skirt shape of her below-the-knee dress is flattering, but the horizontal stripes and allover sheen are slightly too busy for TV.
