Carrie Underwood & Baby Bump Stun at American Country Countdown Awards (PHOTO)

Carrie Underwood blew the audience away with her opening performance at the first-ever American Country Countdown Awards. But she also proved she is fearless and doesn't play by the fashion rules -- by owning the event with her amazingly gorgeous baby bump front and center in a snow-white gown. That's right, folks, the 31-year-old has a message for all mamas-to-be: when you're pregnant and glowing, you tell your stylist to put back the black gown and empire waists. Carrie proved an absolute vision in the color every pregnant woman has been warned to never, ever wear.

While walking the red carpet at Music City Center in Nashville, Carrie opted to accentuate her growing baby bump with this snug, floor-length gown, which features one sleeve and gold sequin details on the shoulder, waist, and forearm:

I do declare: it is impossible for this woman not to look stunning! The subtle details drew attention to her pretty face and waist, while the fabric elegantly showcased her bump.

Carrie, who is married to NFL player Mike Fisher, has said that she is a devoted vegetarian who takes care of herself. And it shows. She was, hands down, one of the best dressed stars at the ground-breaking awards show.

What do you think of Carrie's decision to wear white at the American Country Countdown Awards?
