Anyone who is eczema-prone knows one thing: the irritated and inflamed skin is painful. Keeping your skin moisturized is key, but moisture-rich facials and body scrubs are expensive.

So to help you keep your skin as supple as possible, we've put together a healing and calming DIY facial mask that you can make from inexpensive items in your pantry.

So grab the oatmeal, honey, and yogurt -- and get ready for some majorly relaxed skin.

Grab these regular household and pantry items and let's go to work!

  • Step 1: Oatmeal

Oatmeal is great for healing and calming irritated skin because it contains proteins and fats that lubricate multiple layers of your skin.

To start the mask, grab one bowl and fill it with 1/3 cup of regular instant oats.

  • Step 2: Add Honey

Honey is full of antioxidants and it's antibacterial, so it's great for both acne-prone skin and aging skin. Plus, it's delicious!

Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the oatmeal bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 3: Add Greek Yogurt

Yogurt is full of lactic acid, zinc, calcium, and B-vitamins, which are actually all wonderful for your skin because they tighten pores, lighten blemishes (bye bye, dark circles!), and tighten skin.

Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to the oatmeal-honey mix and blend well.

  • Step 4: Apply the Mixture and Relax!

Spread the mixture on your face. Place a cold compress over your eyes and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.

Wash the mask off and enjoy the rejuvenated feel!
