If you have a child, or two or three, you know a little something about faking it until you make it. I'm referring to how we get so used to functioning on 3 or 4 hours of sleep that we actually become really good at pretending we aren't sleepwalking. We even have our savviest coworkers fooled.
But as far as our good looks go -- well, that can be a different story entirely. All of the coffee and morning yoga in the world isn't going to erase our tired faces. BUT don't give up hope. There are ways we can fake a good night's rest -- and they actually work.
