khloe kardashian leopard print leggingsJust when you thought Kim Kardashian's much-ballyhooed post-baby butt selfie was going to all but steal the spotlight from her famous sisters, here comes Khloe Kardashian with her very own butt selfie! Actually, if you wanna get nitpicky, Khloe's pic went up first ... so Kim may have actually been trying to trump her little sis with the jaw-dropping shot she posted, but whatever ...

Either way, we all got an eyeful of Kardashian tuchus this week, right? However, Khloe's actually seemed to serve more of a legit marketing purpose, as she was modeling a pair of leopard leggings from the Kardashian Kollection at Sears, gushing that she's "loving" 'em. Hmm ... the real question is: Are we??

Leggings are the trend that keeps giving ... or taking, depending on how you see it. Season after season, year after year, we just can't seem to get away from them. I'm sure it has a lot to do with being able to throw 'em on, no buttons or zippers most of the time, they work with boots or flats, they're the socially acceptable way to basically don workout wear in public. But the sad fact remains that most of us do NOT look good wearing them as pants!

Even on Khloe, who has long toned legs and a wow-worthy booty to envy, these leopard print leggings look like overkill. I could be down with basic black, but animal print is just way ... too ... much. Maybe it's me and my weird hangup that big prints on bigger, curvalicious body parts are a fashion don't?

Maybe I'm just not seeing how this could work as part of an overall ensemble ... Perhaps with the right-length, flowy sweater that covered her butt and knee-high boots or even ankle booties, more women could rock these leggings. Otherwise, I feel like they're the kind of garment that wears you instead of the other way around!

Would you wear these leggings? How?
