Crush-Worthy Vegan Fashion: You Won't Believe It's Not Leather! (PHOTOS)

Vegan fashion isn't just for vegans. Maybe you just don't want to splurge on genuine leather boots for fall. Nothing wrong with that! Whatever your reason for giving vegan styles a go, you have more options than ever this season to do faux leather, suede, or fur the right way. Not only are vegan clothes and accessories animal-friendly, but their synthetic and natural materials can be used to create textures and fabrics that are often more weather-resistant than real leather. So, let out your inner vegan and give it a try!

Over on The Prowl, we've got a lineup of fabulous vegan-friendly styles that you won't believe are not leather! Check out this sneak peek.

Great vegan products is one reason why the number of vegans has doubled in less than 3 years. Here's a video to help everyone understand why so many people are making this life affirming choice:

If the whole world goes vegan tomorrow and still discards the Truth all Life here still faces certain peril.

Calling people vegans is a lie. The lie is the first manifestation of pure evil.

I understand that people have tried to say things to help the animals, but these "I am a vegan" lies must go.

The fastest and surest way to turn someone away from real veganism (a lifestyle) is to call anyone a vegan and impart the lie of inequality.

The fact is, those that call themselves and others vegans create the environment to get more animals kills, regardless of the good intentions.

Do you understand that? It's about he Truth, not veganism. It's the Truth that matters and gives any cause value.

The second the Truth is tossed aside the problem has returned and all real value is lost.

In fact, the ones calling themselves vegan have gotten more animals killed then if they just did nothing at all. To call anyone a vegan and lie is a very serious mistake.

Thank you for this great article. I have been vegan for more than 15 years, and it’s amazing how much easier it is to find chic leather-free fashions today than it was a decade ago. Please continue featuring sustainable and vegan fashions--not just because they’re eco- and animal-friendly, but also because they’re incredibly stylish!

The idea of wearing or sitting on the skin of dead animals makes me queasy. People seem to think that leather is some kind of fabric! It's dead animal skin. Too many great options are available to buy leather.
