Miley Cyrus is running out of real estate on her body for tattoos, so she's now resorted to the bottom of her feet. The "We Can't Stop" singer wanted to immortalize her recent Rolling Stone cover (an achievement that ought to be immortalized, no doubt), so she went and got the words "Rolling" and "Stone" inked on the soles of her feet, respectively.
That's cool, Miley, but ... what about just framing the magazine cover and hanging it in the "Me, Me, Me Room" that all celebrities are required to have in their homes? That would immortalize the shoot, too.
Now, I love tattoos. Have 'em myself. But this seems like a tattoo just for the sake of "being crazy," not because she genuinely thought it was a good idea. Miley claims that she wanted to do something fun with Rolling Stone contributing editor Josh Eells, and this is what she came up with. She originally thought they could play laser tag together, but "laser tag sucks." Then she thought they could perhaps go bowling, but "what, are we 90?" So feet tats it was.
I mean, it's the bottom of her feet, so it's not a huge deal if this winds up being something she regrets one day, as she doesn't have to look at it on a daily basis. (Unless she oft sits criss cross applesauce, barefoot.) But ... Miley seems to be awfully cavalier with her body and appearance lately. First, the hair. Then the insanely revealing clothing. Now this. She ought to take it down a notch. And she ought to remember that hair will grow back and clothes can be changed. Tattoos are a little harder to get rid of.
What do you think of Miley's new tattoos?
